Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) – Study on compliance

This study aims at analysing on-the-ground compliance with the current national regulatory frameworks across the EU-28. The scope of the study required a detailed analysis of these national frameworks and systems specifically in relation to the compliance with minimum energy performance (MEP) and energy performance certificates (EPCs). The study primarily focused on data pertaining to the year 2014. The study should therefore be considered as providing a ‘snapshot’ of compliance for 2014.
