European Sustainable Energy Week 2025: Commission opens applications to host a policy session

The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) returns for its 19th edition on 10 - 12 June 2025 in Brussels and online. Today, we launch the call for applications to host a policy session at EUSEW 2025.

The spotlight is on the ‘Clean Industrial Deal’ and the critical role of EU energy policy in advancing a clean, competitive, and just transition. Policy sessions take place in person and online, bringing together European industry leaders, researchers, policymakers, public authorities, and energy organisations.

EUSEW is the EU’s largest annual event on renewables and energy efficiency. More than 2 200 participants attended in person last year, and a further 8 000 followed the event online. By hosting a policy session at EUSEW, organisations take an active role in leading key policy debates. It also showcases their contribution to the energy transition and offers the advantage of being part of this well-established high-level conference.

An information session covering this year’s priorities and selection criteria, including ‘how to host a policy session’ is being organised on 14 November 2024, 11.00 - 12.30 (CET), by the Directorate-General for Energy and the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency. Don't miss your chance to contribute to the dialogue that shapes our continent's energy future!
