The European Commission is organising, together with the Slovak Republic as the hosting country, the 16th European Nuclear Energy Forum (ENEF) on 6-7 November 2023 in Bratislava.
The forum will be an occasion for broad discussion on the opportunities and risks of nuclear energy, and in particular to the role of nuclear energy within the strategic framework for the energy union.
Further information about the event will be communicated in this page in the coming weeks.
Founded in 2007, ENEF gathers all relevant stakeholders in the nuclear field: EU governments, European institutions such as the European Parliament and the European Economic and Social Committee, representatives of the nuclear industry and regulators, electricity consumers, and civil society. Its annual meetings take place alternatively in Bratislava and Prague.
