The factsheet “The Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) for rating smart readiness of the European building stock” was produced in March 2022 and provides a good overview and introduction to what the SRI is and what its impacts are.
The video also provides a short introduction to the SRI. It can be watched directly here or downloaded from the EC AV portal.

Factsheets corresponding to each technical domain of buildings covered by the SRI have been elaborated to get a deeper understanding of the functioning of the scheme.
Cases studies
The assessment of example buildings is provided with case studies including outcomes of the SRI calculation, overview of aspects positively impacting the evaluation, and improvement potential.
