Evaluation and assessment of policy options for the review of Directive 2010/31/EU (Energy Performance of Building Directive)

Article 19 of the EPBD states that the Directive shall be evaluated by 1 January 2017 at the latest, "in the light of the experience gained and progress made during its application." This report provides information about the assumptions and results of modelling activities related to the assessment of policy options that were performed with and derived from the BEAM² model.
