EU Sustainable Energy Week

EUSEW is the biggest event in Europe on renewables and energy efficiency.

The EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) brings together more than 10 000 participants from a broad range of sectors including policymakers, industry representatives, businesses, civil society organisations and citizens for a 3-day policy conference centred around Europe's competitive, clean and fair energy transition.

The 2025 edition of EU Sustainable Energy Week under the title ‘Powering a fair and competitive green transition’ takes place from 10 to 12 June in Brussels and online.

However, EUSEW is much more than just a policy conference. The following initiatives also form an integral part of EU Sustainable Energy Week

  • EU Sustainable Energy Awards: recognise and celebrate the people, projects, and initiatives that advance Europe’s transition to clean and sustainable energy. The award categories are
    • Innovation
    • Local Energy Action
    • Woman in Energy
  • Energy Fair: showcasing innovative projects and technologies in sustainable energy and energy efficiency
  • European Youth Energy Day: gives young participants (aged 18-35) a chance to get involved in strategic dialogue about Europe’s sustainable energy transition
  • Sustainable Energy Days: events and activities held globally between March and June to promote clean energy and energy efficiency. They allow for engaging local communities and inspiring behavioural change
