Ex-ante publicity for a middle-value contract

The DG ENER Nuclear energy, nuclear waste and decommissioning Unit (D2), intends to launch a negotiated procedure to conclude a service contract to provide with the necessary information to prepare its nuclear decommissioning assistance programme (NDAP) ex post evaluation report to the European Parliament and Council for the period 2014-2020.
