Study on guidance to Member States on minimum criteria for Energy Audits and Energy Management Systems

Article 8 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) addresses energy audits and energy management systems in the European Member States. This document is intended to provide practical guidance to Member States authorities responsible for the transposition and implementation of Article 8 and Annex VI requirements of the EED, including the establishment of transparent and non-discriminatory national minimum criteria for energy audits.
