Technical assistance for a green energy transition (TARGET) aims at assisting EU coal, peat and oil shale regions with the identification and preparation of clean energy and energy efficiency projects.

ExchangeEU facilitates cooperation and exchange between EU coal, lignite, peat and oil shale regions to foster a just energy transition.
