The DG ENER D.2 Nuclear energy, nuclear waste and decommissioning Unit, intend to launch a negotiated procedure to conclude a service contract to assess the stage of maturity of the safety culture in each of the Nuclear Decommissioning Assistance Programme operators in BG, SK and LT.
