The DG ENER Nuclear energy, nuclear waste and decommissioning unit (D2), intends to re-launch a negotiated procedure to conclude a service contract to assess the efficiency of some EU-funded activities carried out in the frame of the decommissioning of the Ignalina nuclear power plant (LT), with a view to identify concrete opportunities to reduce operational costs.
