Description
The Energy Efficiency Directive places an obligation on Member States to promote the availability of high quality cost effective energy audits and requires that enterprises that are not SMEs carry out an energy audit every four years. This final project report builds on consultation with National Authorities, brings together information and evidence gathered from stakeholders and presents guidelines for cost-effective audits in large enterprises. The guidelines are framed in support of the current legal requirements and they focus on options for and selection of de minimis, clustering and sampling methods.
