Supporting national building renovation plans with EU-funded solutions and the EU Building Stock Observatory

Conferences and summits

On 7 October 2026, the EU Building Stock Observatory (EU BSO) and the OBSERVE project, together with the sister EU-funded initiatives BREEZE, iEPB, OneClickRENO, openBEP4EU, ReLIFE and SmarterEPC, are organising an in-person event to help EU countries, national agencies, regional and local authorities, and other key implementation actors move from the European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) obligations to practical delivery.

Taking place just after the EPBD transposition deadline, shortly before the submission of final National Building Renovation Plans (NBRPs), and ahead of the first mandatory transfer of information from national EPB databases to the EU BSO in March 2027, the event will connect Commission guidance and EU countries’ implementation priorities with data readiness, renovation planning, financing, implementation and monitoring.

The detailed programme is available on the registration site.

Register now to be part of this timely exchange on turning EPBD requirements, data and EU-funded solutions into practical implementation.
