23rd Energy and Managing Authorities (EMA) Network meeting

The theme of the 23rd EMA meeting is “Energy priorities in the cohesion policy, accelerating the homegrown clean energy”.

It will focus on implementation progress, as well as  on energy priorities in the new EU Multiannual Financial Framework and link with targeted measures in crisis situation, following the Accelerate EU Communication and updates on the latest Commission initiatives related to energy. The meeting also includes a tour de table with EU countries.

Representatives of the EU countries and regions, EU officials and stakeholders will present updated information and their views on how best the cohesion policy funds can be used to address the energy priorities.  The discussions should contribute to the preparations for the next programming period.
